We are thrilled to announce that our Community Branch has awarded a $4,000 grant to the Glenorie Horse & Pony Club to support their activities for the upcoming 2025-26 season!

Community is at the heart of everything we do, and we're incredibly proud to partner with such a fantastic local club. As part of this wonderful partnership, the Glenorie Horse and Pony Club will be promoting our Community Branch to their members for all their banking needs. It is a perfect example of locals supporting locals!

Exciting news for the Marsden Park community!

We are incredibly proud to announce that our Galston Community Bank branch has provided a $2,500 grant to the St. Luke's Community Church – Marsden Park!

These funds will go directly towards purchasing a much-needed new shed for the church. We are thrilled to provide this support in recognition of our wonderful banking partnership with the local community here in Marsden Park.

Community Bank Galston & District Donates $25,000 to Hills Wildlife Sanctuary

The Galston & District Community Bank has proudly sponsored the Hills Wildlife Sanctuary with a $25,000 donation. This generous contribution will support the sanctuary's vital mission to rescue, rehabilitate, and protect native Australian wildlife.

The cheque was officially presented to Ben Dessen, CEO & Director of the Hills Wildlife Sanctuary, during a visit to the sanctuary. He was joined by representatives from the bank, including Savio Pereira, as well as Mayor Warren Waddell, to celebrate the occasion.

Given this is such a unique project for an endangered species endemic to the local Hills area, the funds will provide crucial support to help the sanctuary continue its highly specialised conservation work.

The Hills Wildlife Sanctuary expressed their deep gratitude for the donation, highlighting that such community support is essential for their ongoing operations and the survival of these vulnerable animals. This sponsorship from the Community Bank reflects a strong commitment to local initiatives and the environment.
