We recently surveyed clients who lodged a claim with Authorised Representatives of Insurance Advisernet during August 2021 – January 2022. The results were extremely positive, with clients giving IA an Overall Satisfaction Rating of 90% and a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of +95 (NPS is used to measure the depth of advocacy that customers feel towards their adviser’s).
We’re so pleased to see such results, especially when claims can be difficult to navigate. Particularly, our advisers were praised for their quality of service and ease of communication. These latest results reflect our commitment to supporting our clients throughout the entire claims process. From lodgement of the claim, monitoring progress and negotiating with our insurer partners to ensure the best possible outcome for our clients.
As always, the latest results have provided us with valuable insights into the performance of our network – showing where we can innovate even further as we search for even better ways to enhance the service, value, technology and offerings we provide.
