Did you know our local Scout Groups don’t have bars or canteens to raise funds like many other community organisations?

They rely on parents, volunteers and weekend fundraising - often collecting 10c cans and bottles just to keep their halls maintained and their programs running.

That’s why we’ve invested $33,000 across 11 Scout Groups in Knox to help ease the pressure on families and support the volunteers who make Scouting possible.

A big thank you to Ferntree Gully News for sharing our story and helping highlight the incredible work do for young people in our community.

We had a great day out on Sunday celebrating the Knox United Soccer Club's Miniroos and Juniors at their 2026 Presentation Day. Shout out to our Branch Manager Sam who jumped on the tongs to help keep the barbeque running for families and players.

⛳️ Our Board Member, Bill Neale, tee’d off with the East Suburban Veteran Golfers Association at the Bendigo Bank Challenge on the weekend, proudly presenting trophies to the winning players.

Through our $1,000 Community Grant, the ESVGA was able to reduce player entry fees and create an additional pathway for new members to join.

Food insecurity is rising in Knox.

Our friends at Knox Infolink delivered 89,000 meals in FY26 - 10,000 more than the previous year.

As demand grows, we’re backing their work with a $36,000 three‑year commitment to help keep food relief programs running in our community.

Community Bank Ferntree Gully was proud to attend the Upper Ferntree Gully Football Netball Club Presentation Night as a long‑standing sponsor of the club. ❤️💙

Board Members Karin and Etienne represented us on the night, joining players, volunteers and supporters in celebrating another fantastic season.

This year is especially meaningful as we celebrate 25 years of supporting our community and more than $6 million invested back into local clubs, groups and initiatives - including the Upper Ferntree Gully Football Netball Club.
