Job Description: As a Ground Worker, you will play a crucial role in supporting our tree care operations. Your responsibilities will include assisting climbers and arborists, handling equipment, clearing debris, and ensuring that work sites remain safe and organized.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist with tree removal, pruning, and maintenance tasks.

* Operate and maintain ground equipment and tools.

* Clear debris and manage wood chipping operations.

* Follow safety protocols and company procedures.

* Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.

* Ability to work in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments.

* Strong work ethic and attention to detail.

* Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

* Manual Valid driver’s license required.

TRUCK LICENCE WOULD BE PLUS!!
