As a Customer Service Officer, you’ll be one of the faces of our Community Bank - and a go-to person for our customers. From processing transactions and handling cash to investigating queries and helping with paperwork, you’ll play an important role in making banking easier for our locals. ❤️

We’re looking for someone who genuinely loves helping people and, most importantly, shares our passion for making a difference across Elmore, Lockington, Rochester and surrounds. ✨

⏰ This position will work across our three Community Bank branches on a full time basis. It is a fixed-term contract for 12 months

We’d like to let our customers and community know that our Elmore branch will be closed tomorrow - Friday October 16. During this time we’re still here to help with your banking:
💵 Our ATMs at Elmore & Rochester will still be operational
💻 Mobile & internet banking will be available
🏦 Our branches at Rochester & Lockington will be open normal hours (Rochester 9:30am - 1pm, 2pm - 5pm, Lockington 9:30am - 12pm, 12:45-4pm)

🫶🏻 We’re conscious that our branches’ trading hours have been impacted recently, and we really appreciate our community’s patience and understanding.

We’re working hard behind the scenes to welcome some new team members on board and look forward to returning to our regular trading hours as soon as possible!

As a founding Board member and past Chair of our community company, we knew Louise Ross’ Legacy Grant would be a good one!

A proud Lockington local, Louise chose to contribute her $1,000 Legacy Grant to the Lockington & District Living Heritage Complex and Museum - a wonderful local organisation dedicated to preserving and celebrating the history of our community.

The volunteers from the Complex held their AGM a few weeks ago and were excited to celebrate this contribution and discuss how it could be put to best use.

📣We'd like to let our customers and community know that our Lockington branch will be closing early today - Friday 9 October. Please come and see us from 9:30am - 12:30pm.

Our Elmore & Rochester branches will be open from 9:30am - 5:00pm today (with Elmore closed for lunch between 12 - 1pm, and Rochester 1 - 2pm). Our ATMs, internet and phone banking will be available.

We expect to return to normal operating hours on Monday.

We're very sorry for any inconvenience caused. 🫶🏻

This year we:
✔️ Made some new woolly friends 🐑
✔️ Went for a spin in a buggy
✔️ Enjoyed the refreshed Community Bank Elmore, Lockington and Rochester Pavilion
✔️ Checked out some incredible machinery
✔️ Caught up with so many customers, stallholders and community members
✔️ And squeezed in plenty more along the way!

If you’re heading along to the Elmore Field Days this week, make sure you check out the Community Bank Elmore, Lockington & Rochester Pavilion! 🌾

Over the past five years, we’ve been proud to help reinvigorate the pavilion, with new Wi-Fi, sprinklers, bollards, a camp kitchen, flooring and trees.

The entire Elmore Field Days site is a fantastic community asset that’s used well beyond Field Days week – so investing in its functionality is a win for the many groups and people who use it throughout the year.
