Property Club charges the vendor a marketing and advertising fee,

Investors are fully informed and receive a detailed dossier of each property, which includes rental appraisals by three independent agents, and construction and growth appraisals. Properties below the 4.5-5.5% rental return range are not recommended. Investment approach is designed for people on average incomes and above. It is self-paced and investors can progress as, and when, they can afford to. Properties are carefully researched and selected to ensure minimal cash outlay for investors. Property Club rejects properties that may be expensive to hold.
