It’s one of the wildest circuits on the calendar – the streets of Surfers Paradise are ready for action, and so are our racers!

City Rural–backed Jack Le Brocq is set to tackle the Supercars Series with precision through the infamous beach chicane, where the curbs bite hard and every millimetre counts.

Over in the Aussie Racing Cars paddock, Cody McKay Motorsport is gearing up to thread the city streets between the golden sand and the towering high-rises that frame this spectacular track.

This weekend, Jack Le Brocq is racing on the streets of the Gold Coast 🌴☀️🏄‍♂️😎. It’s always a big event and close hard racing. Jack’s thoughts on the weekend.

"We’re up north on the Sunny GC for round 11 of our championship! This event around the streets of Surfers Paradise is one of my favourites. The intensity required to put a lap together around here is pretty unreal! The beach chicane is one of the coolest bits of road we get to race a supercar on and to do in excess of 160kph over a bunch of curbs is an awesome ride!

Outside of that the atmosphere here is amazing and it’s basically just a weekend long party for the fans!

We have two 250km races lined up with one each on the Super Soft compound and the other on New soft tyre. It’ll definitely play a bit part in shaking up the grid from Saturday to Sunday so fingers crossed we get it right this weekend! Looking forward to seeing you all there!" JLB

This weekend Jack Le Brocq will be racing at the Bathurst 1000. Its an amazing race and very hard on the drivers. Jack will have a co driver again, Jarrod Hughes, for this round and we wish them both the best of luck and hope they can get on the podium.

Jacks thoughts on the weekend: “Bathurst Week! Best week of the year!!! Really excited to be getting back to Bathurst this year. We came so close to a podium last year so it’s left me wanting to bounce back from that and try get on those steps!

We’ve had a solid run in to the event and the #9 Tyrepower rocket is looking the goods. We are on track Thursday lunchtime for our first session so that’ll be great to shake the cobwebs off and work into trying to put some big laps together in qualifying on Friday arvo! Fingers crossed for a great weekend ahead and hope to see you all trackside”

With the Supercars at The Bend over the weekend, we took full advantage of our sponsorship of Jack Le Brocq, Cody McKay Motorsport and through our Steadfast partnership to give some of our clients an amazing experience.

We had a meet and greet with Garth Tander who talked to us about the Penrite Racing team and being a Co Driver. Jack came into our suite and spoke with the guests about driving a Camaro supercar around the track.

Cody McKay from the Aussie Racing car came in and spoke about his car and team and we also were fortunate that he brought up his Trophies for winning the Masters Cup class on the weekend.

On top of this, we also went through the Erebus Motorsport and Penrite racing pits which is an amazing experience and to be able to get up close and see the cars and learn about them and team. Its amazing they can pack up the pit garage in 2 hours!

Finally, getting out onto the grid when the cars are on track before the race and being able to walk around them and see all the drivers is a very special experience.

We have developed great relationships with our sponsorships and it enables us to give experiences that go above and beyond expectations.

Thank you to Cody, Jack, Pauly, Shane, Michael and Daniel for enabling this amazing experience for our guests and making it an event to remember.
