As expected and after a few months of rates being on hold, the Reserve Bank has decided to raise the Cash Rate by 0.25 basis points to 4.35%.

Starting my company earlier this year has taught me that I need to be better. Not just as a Mortgage Broker, but in all aspects of life. Success can only come off the back of good habits, discipline, and consistency. So the best place to start is on improving my health and losing weight. Here I am pictured at 118kg. After inconsistent weeks, I am now back training 5 times a week, eating right and being consistent. I am happy to report that my weight is now down to 113kg (no pictures for now). There is still a long way to go. Only Good habits, Consistency, and Discipline can get me there
