"Absolutely outstanding — I cannot recommend Mark, Rod and G*i highly enough!
Our relationship with this team goes back 13 years, when Rod originally handled our mortgage. The fact that, all these years later, we came back to the same team for another major financial decision says everything about the trust and confidence we have in them.
This time around, with the combined tens of years of experience between Mark, Rod and G*i, they looked after our mortgage refinance and debt consolidation, and they were simply exceptional from beginning to end.
Our situation involved quite a few moving parts, and what could easily have become a stressful and complicated process was made so much easier because we knew we had people who genuinely knew what they were doing and, more importantly, genuinely cared about getting the right outcome for us.
Mark took the time to understand our circumstances properly, explain everything clearly, answer every question we had (and there were plenty!), and work incredibly hard behind the scenes to make the whole process happen.
What impressed us most was their attention to detail, responsiveness and persistence. They kept things moving, followed up when necessary, coordinated with the lenders and were always available when we needed reassurance or clarification.
And this is what really sets them apart — we never felt like just another loan application. They treated us like valued clients and genuinely took ownership of the process.
There were definitely moments when the waiting and administration became stressful, but having Mark there made an enormous difference. They kept us informed, advocated for us and stayed on top of the process right through to approval and settlement arrangements.
And coming back to them after 13 years made it even more special. Rod helped us with our original mortgage all those years ago, and now Mark and G*i have continued that relationship and delivered the same level of trust and professionalism.
