JUST SETTLED:

Congratulations to Christian on the purchase and Construction of his First Home! He managed to secure a parcel of Land two years ago, and recently finished the construction of a beautiful Dwelling at Blair Athol.

The initial Construction Loan was with ANZ and was a 90% Loan with LMI included. Once the build finished, we wanted to make sure his Interest Rate was still competitive and see how much the overall value had increased by. We saw the value of his property increase by $170,000, which is a Huge result in a short space of time.

We managed to:
- Refinance his loan to a sharper rate
- Higher Valuation allowed us to refinance without any LMI involved
- $2k Cashback
- Plenty of equity available ready for his next property purchase
