A huge thank you to the Lions Club of McCrae & District Inc. for having us at their event at the McCrae Yacht Club on Sunday! ⛵💙

We were incredibly honoured to receive an award recognising the continued collaboration and support between the Lions Club and Community Bank Southern Peninsula. 🤝

The afternoon kicked off with an uplifting performance by the Southern Peninsula Ukulele group 🎶, followed by refreshments and the funding presentation. Huge congratulations to all the fantastic local recipients: Vinnies, SES, Southern Peninsula Community Support, Rosebud & District Men's Shed, Hydrocephalus Association, and local VIS athlete Tom McGough! 🌟

It was a wonderful day highlighting the incredible work our local groups do to support one another. Thank you, Lions Club of McCrae, for your hard work in raising these vital funds.

What a fantastic Friday night at the branch! 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️✨

We had an absolute blast hosting the energetic kids from the Southern Peninsula Little Athletic Centre! They are currently smashing it in their cross country season (which runs right through until August) and made our branch the official start and finish line for their Friday evening run.

After all that hard work, they definitely earned their post-run hot chips and lollies! 🍟🍬

To top off a great night, we were thrilled to present the group with a sponsorship cheque to help fund their brand-new hurdle trolleys.

It is so inspiring to see such active, dedicated kids in our local community. Keep up the amazing work, team! We are so proud to support you. 💙🏦

🎭❤️ We’re proud to support Dreamhouse Theatre Company and the amazing work they do for young people in our community.

Having worked with the group at a number of events, we’ve seen firsthand the positive impact their performing arts programs have in building confidence, creativity and connection.
