Congratulations Hunt Family! This was a really special closing to me. It started with a text from one of my favorite Real Estate professionals, asking me to reach out to his client and good friend.
I reached via text, and arranged a time to chat over the phone. When I called Justin he said he knew me, and in fact he remembered when I came to his house on June 17, 1994. I am thinking, what? Who is this guy, and how does he remember specific dates?
He preceded to tell me that his older brother Greg was out serving his mission, and I came over to his house with my best friend Heather to visit his parents. Heather and Greg were friends pre-mission and they were “thinking” of dating after the mission.
I was always Heathers wing man, and we were always together! So as Justin remembers, we just sat on the couch, with his parents watching the entire OJ Simpson chase on TV!!! 😂 We have most likely seen each other briefly at celebrations through the years at different family events, but the OJ Simpson chase stuck in his head! So funny!!!! So look at that…you never know who could be your potential client, some little kid you meet watching a white bronco on a TV that most likely didn’t have a remote control, and decades later you could help that same kid, and his lovely wife purchase a home!! Fast forward 30 years later Greg and Heather Hunt, are married with 4 kids, and their 4th grandkid on the way! Life is Crazy! Thank you Hunt Family for trusting me with your purchase!
