The Federal Government announced it would extend the construction commencement requirement for all applications (i.e. for all contracts signed 4 Jun 20 to 31 Mar 21 inclusive). More information on Homebuilder can be found on the Treasury website https://treasury.gov.au/coronavirus/homebuilder.
