What does "above and beyond" look like? At our Eltham branch, Bernie is more than just a wonderful Branch Manager - she is somebody who is always ready to lend a hand.

We recently had a customer come in who was in a bit of a pickle trying to locate an old property Title. Rather than just pointing her in a different direction, Bernie spent over an hour investigating the issue and liaising directly with solicitors to get to the bottom of it.

Do we offer great banking service? Absolutely. But beyond that - we care about our customers and our community. That’s what makes us special.
