Celebrating 40 years of the Humpty Doo Bowls Club 💜

We were proud to attend the club’s 40th birthday celebrations on Saturday 1 August, alongside Marie-Clare Boothby MLA as part of their three-day carnival with teams travelling from bowling clubs across the NT.

Community Bank Coolalinga was also proud to support the club with funding to completely resurface their bowling green.

Humpty Doo Bowls Club is a wonderful rural club, offering bowling as a recreational sport for people of all ages, as well as tuition for local community members and students from the nearby high school.

A fantastic milestone for a club that continues to bring people together.

Community Bank Coolalinga & Districts was proud to support COTA Berry Springs Seniors with a grant towards their Rural Historical Tour to Pine Creek and Litchfield as part of Seniors Month.

The group enjoyed morning tea at Adelaide River, lunch at the Lazy Lizard Tavern and a visit to the car museum in Pine Creek, making the most of a day spent exploring, learning and connecting.

We were so grateful to receive this beautiful message from COTA Berry Springs Seniors:

“Your support made a meaningful difference to our trip, giving our seniors the chance to get out, explore, learn, and enjoy touring the local area while celebrating Seniors Month. We are truly grateful for the bank’s generosity.”

Supporting safer healthcare in our community 💜

Asthma Foundation NT is now the primary provider of spirometry services across Darwin, Palmerston and the rural area.

To help meet service standards recommended by the Thoracic Society of Australia and New Zealand, an Automated External Defibrillator is required to be available during patient testing.

Your local Coolalinga Community Bank was proud to donate an AED to Leanne Elliot-Holmes, CEO of Asthma Foundation NT, supporting the important work they do for patients across the Top End.
