It was a delight to be invited as a panellist at the Property Council of Australia - NT 'State of the Market' event in Darwin city.
Topics ranged from the $50K NTG Home Grown Grant for first home buyers building a new home to the Federal Budget Negative Gearing rule changes and how they are affecting borrowing capacity.

The Reserve Bank of Australia has confirmed the cash rate will remain at 4.35%.
The RBA said there would be no change to the cash rate this month when the board met today, for its final meeting this financial year.
