We are excited to share the successful leasing outcome of 389 Macarthur Avenue, Hamilton, prior to completion of construction.

Purchased by Stronghold Investment Services on a fund through basis, this brand new, Blight Rayner designed building is the latest to be delivered in the popular commercial precinct of BTP Northshore Hamilton, and one of two buildings in the precinct purchased by the Stronghold Northshore Property Trust No 19.

With construction completing over the next month, we are delighted to welcome Gaming Services, Ingenia Communities Group, Ach Wine Bar and Yokogawa to the growing BTP Northshore community. This fantastic outcome is testament to the quality product and strategic location we are fortunate to be part of.
