Good afternoonon friends & family,

The Reserve of Australia (RBA) has today reduced the official Cash Rate by 0.25%, to 4.10%.

This means if your Loan to Value (LVR) ratio is less than 80% - divide your home loan debt by your the value of your home, you should not be paying more than 6.00% post your Bank passing on any reduction.

Income tax returns are being completed by many of my clients for the 2022 & 2023 financial years…..some will have new tax debt that they haven’t made provisions for.

The ATO are not as kind as they were in the COVID years…
