The Federal Budget announcement didn’t surprise us.

The government’s focus on increasing housing supply, and the tax changes being introduced to incentivise new housing and investment are closely aligned to the strategy we’ve implemented for ourselves and our clients for the past 20 years.

We’ve long believed in the value of quality new builds as part of a strategic investment approach, and many of the latest budget measures only reinforce that position.
