PrivateInvest has welcomed Elizabeth Court and Peter Folland to the Group’s Trustee Board as a Non-Executive Directors.

Elizabeth is based in Perth with over 30 years’ experience as an economist within the banking and finance industry. Elizabeth is principal of Court Capital and is retiring her position as a Director of the Private Wealth Network which is an organisation of over 200 Family Offices. Elizabeth provides an invaluable insight to the PrivateInvest’s capital origination strategy.

Peter Folland has had 35 years’ experience in accounting in public practice as an accountant and tax adviser to a broad range of SMEs. Peter was a Managing Partner of Grant Thornton and established his first property syndicate in 2000. The establishment and management of circa 25 property trusts/syndicates successfully raised equity exceeding $300m and acquired circa 35 industrial, office, residential and retail properties ranging in value from $5m to $200m.

PrivateInvest recently had its tenth anniversary as a corporate trading company, and we are now entering the fourth year of operations as a private commercial non-bank lender.

We pride ourselves on constant communication. I [Mark Roberts] have held back until now on publishing this Newsletter as there were several significant improvements happening behind the scenes that we wished to implement, to the benefit of our Investors going forward.
