Sometimes that's true.

But more often, we find money that's already there, it's just not working as hard as it could.

Most people see our four faces on social media.

What they don't always see is the team behind it all.

We're a team that spends a lot of time on calls, in meetings and behind screens, so getting everyone together in the same room doesn't happen as often as we'd like.

When it does, we're reminded that the best part of what we do isn't just the work. It's the people we get to do it with.

We're grateful for the laughs, the conversations, the support and the friendships that make Cruz what it is.

As Jayden says "Not everything that can be counted counts, and not everything that counts can be counted."

Days like these are a great reminder of that.
