Something I've noticed a lot lately: most first home buyers aren't just buying a home — they're buying their first investment, whether they've framed it that way or not. And getting that first property right matters way beyond just "can I get the loan."
Which property? Which suburb? Where do things sit in the cycle? These are the questions I get asked all the time, and they go well beyond what a standard broker conversation covers.
So I've been working towards something that lets me help with that side too — I'm a few days away from being accredited with the PIAA (Property Investment Professionals of Australia) as a property investment adviser, on top of being your broker. Watch this space 👀
