Good News for people looking to build or renovate!

Whilst the HomeBuilder Grant will be officially outlined tomorrow, this is what we know so far:

🔹 The new grant of $25K will be paid on eligible new home builds and renovation projects. Contracts are to be entered into between 4 June 2020 and 31 December 2020. Maximum property price is $750K.

🔹 The payment will be made in addition to the existing FHOG payment meaning eligible applicants/transactions could enjoy cash payments of $35k as well as a stamp duty reduction! BIG savings!
