You’ve already taken the first leap… but what about the second?

That was the question one of our amazing clients had been sitting on for months. She’d already bought her first, done well with it, but wasn’t sure if it was the right time to leap again.

We had a chat and looked at the numbers together. With some strategic thinking, we connected her with an accountant and a buyer’s agent to map out the next move — and together, we followed the Buy & Hold strategy:

🔑 Buy a solid property
💸 Rent it out
📈 Hold onto it while the value grows

Why does this strategy work so well?
✅ Your tenant helps pay the loan
✅ Over time, equity builds
✅ You benefit from capital growth
Imagine buying at $500k and in 10 years it’s worth $750k. That’s $250k in growth while someone else helped cover the repayments.

Smart moves, made early, can change your entire financial future.

Rents Are Booming – So We Helped This Couple Buy Instead!

Meet Sarah and Luke — first home buyers who were renting and really starting to feel the squeeze. Their rent kept going up, and they were starting to wonder: Are we just throwing money away?

They reached out to us at FinanceCorp, unsure if buying a home was even possible for them. Between rising living costs and not having a full 20% deposit, they thought they had to wait years.

But after sitting down with them and running the numbers (plus a solid saving strategy!), we helped them:
Understand their borrowing power
Tap into low-deposit options
Create a plan to reduce their debts
Get pre-approved and into their very own home — all within 6 months!

Now instead of paying someone else’s mortgage, they’re building their own future.

With rents continuing to rise and housing in short supply, it might be the perfect time to ask: Should I buy instead of rent?

Or if you’ve been thinking about investing — with demand on the rise, now could be your golden opportunity.

Message us or — our service is complimentary, and you might be closer than you think.

Let’s turn your rent money into repayments on your home.

Want to Pay Off Your Mortgage Immediately? Here Are Some Strategies!

If you're a homeowner with a mortgage, you may be eager to pay it off sooner and save on interest. Check out these smart strategies to help you become pay off your mortgage immediately:

1️⃣ Make Extra Payments: Consider making additional payments towards your principal balance whenever possible. Even small, regular extra payments can significantly reduce the interest you pay over the life of the loan.

2️⃣ Bi-Weekly Payments: Switch to a bi-weekly payment schedule instead of monthly. By making half of your regular monthly payment every two weeks, you'll end up making 26 half-payments (equivalent to 13 full payments) in a year, accelerating your payoff.

3️⃣ Refinance to a Shorter Term: If you have a long-term mortgage, refinancing to a shorter term, such as a 15-year mortgage, can help you pay off your loan immediately. Although monthly payments may be higher, you'll save on interest in the long run.

4️⃣ Round Up Your Payments: Round up your monthly mortgage payment to the nearest hundred or even thousand. For example, if your payment is $1,235, pay $1,300 instead. The additional amount goes directly towards principal, reducing the loan balance.

5️⃣ Use Windfalls Wisely: If you receive a bonus, tax refund, or any unexpected windfall, consider putting a portion or all of it towards your mortgage. It's a excellent way to make a substantial dent in your outstanding balance.

6️⃣ Cut Back on Expenses: Look for areas in your budget where you can trim expenses. Small lifestyle adjustments, like reducing dining out or entertainment costs, can provide extra money that you can allocate towards your mortgage.

7️⃣ Create a Side Income: Explore ways to generate additional income outside of your regular job. Consider a part-time gig, or starting a small business. Direct the earnings towards your mortgage principal for immediate payoff.

8️⃣ Avoid Extending Your Mortgage: If you refinance or move, try to avoid extending the term of your mortgage. While it may lower monthly payments, it also prolongs the time it takes to pay off your loan and increases overall interest paid.

📲 If you're determined to have your mortgage fully paid sooner, reach out for professional support. I will help you explore your options and create a plan that aligns with your financial goals. Let's accelerate your path to a fully paid mortgage life! 🚀💸

Thinking of Renting? Consider the Benefits of Buying a Home!

Are you weighing the pros and cons of renting versus buying a home? Here are some compelling reasons why purchasing a home may be a better choice for you:

Build Equity: When you buy a home, you're investing in your future. Instead of paying rent and having nothing to show for it, each mortgage payment helps you build equity, which can be a valuable asset over time.
Stability and Control: Homeownership provides stability and a sense of control over your living environment. You have the choice to personalize your space, make renovations, and create a home that reflects your unique style and needs.
Potential for Appreciation: Real estate has the potential to appreciate over time, meaning your home's value may increase. As the market improves, your investment could grow, offering long-term financial benefits.
Fixed Housing Costs: Unlike renting, where monthly rent can increase periodically, a fixed-rate mortgage keeps your housing costs stable and predictable. You can budget more effectively without worrying about unexpected rent hikes.
Sense of Community: Buying a home often allows you to become part of a community, fostering relationships with neighbors and creating a sense of belonging. You can engage in local events, schools, and amenities that enrich your daily life.
Long-Term Investment: Homeownership is a long-term investment that can provide financial security for your future. As you make mortgage payments, you're essentially building a nest egg that can benefit you down the road.
Pride of Ownership: Owning a home instills a sense of pride and accomplishment. You have a place to call your own, create memories, and establish roots in a community.
More Flexibility: When you own a home, you have the flexibility to make decisions without the restrictions of a landlord. You can have pets, customize your space, and enjoy the benefits of homeownership.
Your Home, Your Legacy: Perhaps the most fulfilling reason to buy is that you're creating a legacy for yourself and your family. Owning a home provides stability and the opportunity to pass down an asset to future generations.

Investors Be Like... Rubbing hands together for 5 years straight!

If you bought property in the last 5 years, chances are you're sitting on some serious gains. While others were hesitating, investors were diving in — and now they’re the ones smiling all the way to the equity line.

Property prices in cities like Perth, Adelaide and Brisbane have skyrocketed — some by over 70%! That’s not just growth… that’s generational wealth in the making.

Whether it was your first investment or your fifth, those bold moves are paying off.

Hats off to those who backed themselves.
If you missed the wave — don’t worry. The market is still full of opportunities… but it starts with knowing your borrowing power.
Let’s chat. Your future self might just thank you for it.

How much is “I’ll think about it” really costing you?

For one property investor I worked with… the price tag was $1,300 every month.

She owned five investment properties.

Rental income had dropped.
Her own income had dipped.
She was starting to feel the squeeze.

I worked out a way to cut her monthly repayments across ALL her loans so she could breathe again and avoid falling behind.
She loved the numbers.

She said, “Let’s do it.”
I sent her a short list of documents…
And then she froze.
One week became two.

Two became five months.
By the time she came back:
Two loans had rolled from interest-only to principal & interest — repayments jumped.

She’d missed payments — her credit took a hit.
The low-rate option was gone — she had to go with a higher-rate lender.

That delay? $1,300 every month for the next 18 months.

Nearly $24,000 — gone.
If you’ve been “thinking about” reviewing your loans, refinancing, consolidating, or investing… stop costing yourself thousands.

Send me a message and I’ll show you how much you could save before the cost of waiting starts adding up for you too.
