Rents Are Booming – So We Helped This Couple Buy Instead!

Meet Sarah and Luke — first home buyers who were renting and really starting to feel the squeeze. Their rent kept going up, and they were starting to wonder: Are we just throwing money away?

They reached out to us at FinanceCorp, unsure if buying a home was even possible for them. Between rising living costs and not having a full 20% deposit, they thought they had to wait years.

But after sitting down with them and running the numbers (plus a solid saving strategy!), we helped them:
Understand their borrowing power
Tap into low-deposit options
Create a plan to reduce their debts
Get pre-approved and into their very own home — all within 6 months!

Now instead of paying someone else’s mortgage, they’re building their own future.

With rents continuing to rise and housing in short supply, it might be the perfect time to ask: Should I buy instead of rent?

Or if you’ve been thinking about investing — with demand on the rise, now could be your golden opportunity.

Message us or — our service is complimentary, and you might be closer than you think.

Let’s turn your rent money into repayments on your home.

Investors Be Like... Rubbing hands together for 5 years straight!

If you bought property in the last 5 years, chances are you're sitting on some serious gains. While others were hesitating, investors were diving in — and now they’re the ones smiling all the way to the equity line.

Property prices in cities like Perth, Adelaide and Brisbane have skyrocketed — some by over 70%! That’s not just growth… that’s generational wealth in the making.

Whether it was your first investment or your fifth, those bold moves are paying off.

Hats off to those who backed themselves.
If you missed the wave — don’t worry. The market is still full of opportunities… but it starts with knowing your borrowing power.
Let’s chat. Your future self might just thank you for it.

How much is “I’ll think about it” really costing you?

For one property investor I worked with… the price tag was $1,300 every month.

She owned five investment properties.

Rental income had dropped.
Her own income had dipped.
She was starting to feel the squeeze.

I worked out a way to cut her monthly repayments across ALL her loans so she could breathe again and avoid falling behind.
She loved the numbers.

She said, “Let’s do it.”
I sent her a short list of documents…
And then she froze.
One week became two.

Two became five months.
By the time she came back:
Two loans had rolled from interest-only to principal & interest — repayments jumped.

She’d missed payments — her credit took a hit.
The low-rate option was gone — she had to go with a higher-rate lender.

That delay? $1,300 every month for the next 18 months.

Nearly $24,000 — gone.
If you’ve been “thinking about” reviewing your loans, refinancing, consolidating, or investing… stop costing yourself thousands.

Send me a message and I’ll show you how much you could save before the cost of waiting starts adding up for you too.

Your mortgage rate isn’t 6% or 7%. It’s closer to 120% over 30 years...
Most people don’t realise this until it’s too late.

You take out a loan and ask the question:
“What’s the interest rate?”
And you get told it’s around 6 or 7%.
Sounds manageable, right?
But the real question should be:
“How much interest will I actually pay over 30 years?”

Because on a $600,000 loan at 6%, the answer is over $700,000 in interest.
That’s 120% of what you borrowed—paid straight to the bank.
And that doesn’t even touch the principal.
Let that sink in.

Now here’s the good news:
You can change the outcome—without living on baked beans or working 3 jobs.

Let me tell you about a couple named James and Rebecca.
Early 40s, two kids, both working full-time.
Doing all the right things—making repayments, saving where they could.
But after 7 years, they’d paid over $180,000 in interest…

and barely touched their loan.
They felt stuck.
Until I showed them a smarter way.

We used the equity in their home to buy a high-growth investment property.
Just a few years later, it had increased in value by over $150,000.

They sold it, used the profits to knock a massive chunk off their mortgage, and now they’re on track to be completely debt-free in their early 50s.

No drastic lifestyle changes.
No second jobs.
Just smart structure and a strategy that most people never get shown.

If you like the idea of paying off your mortgage faster,
building wealth using your existing equity,
and finally breaking the 30-year debt cycle…

Send me a DM and I’ll show you how this could work for you.
This strategy changed their future—and it could change yours too.
