🏠 Negative gearing changes are coming — have you reviewed your strategy?
By now most investors have heard the news. From 1 July 2027, negative gearing on established residential properties is restricted for anything purchased after 12 May 2026 — you can no longer offset rental losses against your salary or other income.
The question isn’t what changed — it’s what are you doing about it?
