The Loans Australia Story

My name is Stephen McClatchie and I am the director and founder of Loans Australia.

My team and I can help you through the maze of investment and business lending.

Loans Australia was specifically created to make sure that investors, business owners and medical specialists have access to ‘premium-grade’ finance strategies.

It’s our passion to ensure that your investment and business journey does not grind to a sudden halt because your finances are set up incorrectly. Or that you’re not paying one cent more in repayments than is absolutely necessary.

Not only does that effect your future serviceability, but it would frustrate me thinking that you could have had that extra cash in your pocket each month.

Experience plays a massive part in this. I’ve been creating mortgage and borrowing strategies for people like you since 1995. That makes me one of the earliest brokers in Australia, and in that time I’ve been involved in thousands of loans.

I have a never ending appetite for ensuring I am at the top of my game having completed my Bachelor of Commerce, Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment, Diploma of Mortgage Lending, Certificate IV in Financial Services.

Prior to entering the Mortgage Industry during its infancy, I was a successful Financial Planner. The benefit to you is that I understand investing and borrowing at a deep level.

My understanding of specific lenders serviceability models, go deep and beyond a simple computer generated number. And this is the specific reason why I can create finance solutions for my clients where other lenders and mortgage brokers fail.

You must get your strategy right before even looking at a loan. Once you do this, everything else falls into place.

When it comes to the Loans Australia team, well together they have over 120 combined years of mortgage and finance experience in various sectors of business banking and finance.

My story is one of going against the ‘norm’ in the industry by focusing on strategy first and lending products second. I know this works, and our clients, many of whom own dozens of properties are delighted they found us and started investing the ‘Loans Australia’ way.
