✨ Clear to Close in Just 8 Days (with a holiday in the middle!) ✨

This one’s a true team win! 🏡

It is extra sweet because we rescued the loan from another mortgage company! We went from disclosure to clear to close in only 8 days, even with a holiday thrown in—none of it would’ve been possible without an incredible team.

This closing was a family affair! I am so excited for these first time homebuyers who found their "home sweet home" 🏡 after a long search!
