Out on my walk this morning - sun is shining, roses in bloom, birds are chirping.. So why are some of my clients stressed? 🤔

Turns out most of the time the worry comes from things they can’t control 🫣

A long time ago, I decided to only stress about the things I could control. This lifted a huge weight off my shoulders! 🙌

It doesn’t mean sticking my head in the sand and ignoring things. On the contrary, I remain educated about the external factors, but my action items seek to improve the things that I can have a genuine impact on 👍
