A safer way to pay is here

We’ve added a new feature to your Online banking experience - it’s called Confirmation of Payee

Before you send money to someone new, Confirmation of Payee checks that the account name, BSB and account number match the details held by the recipient’s bank.

That means you’ll know if something doesn’t look quite right, helping you avoid mistaken payments or falling victim to a scam.

If you've already got and use online banking - there’s nothing you need to do -this check is now part of how you pay, giving you more peace of mind.

As a mark of respect, our Head Office Branch will be temporarily closed today (Friday 15 May) from 11:00am to 1:00pm as our team attends a funeral service for a member of the TCU family.

Good Morning - Service update:

Some periodic (recurring) payments due overnight have been delayed due to a processing issue on our end. Our team is working on a fix now and we expect to push these payments through as soon as possible this morning.
