EIB Insurance Solutions sponsored riders Rod Parsons & Toby Dhue fronted for the incredibly gruelling Sevens Gravel Race at Nannup - Rod doing the Fives (92km) 2000m elevation & Dhuey the 125 3200m elevation. The hills are crazy steep - and very scary heart in mouth downhill - big pelotons of riders hitting massive speeds - Dhuey crashed out around 40k mark - the downhill in a group is crazy fast & you don’t get to see much in front of you & Dhuey hit a rock & crashed - he’s ok. Rod rode an MTB so a lot slower than a gravel bike but somewhat safer. I can’t find final official times but his time was around 5 hours 20?

Anna Dhue gets to have the red carpet & Rocky theme walk (hobble) of fame into the office as EIB Insurance Solutions staff celebrate her Busselton Ironman accomplishment 💪. And we got to present Anna with another trophy -please - don’t knock its size - it’s a limited budget 🤷‍♂️
