Depending on the lender and eligibility criteria, these may include:

• Avoiding Lenders Mortgage Insurance with less than a 20% deposit
• Accessing a discounted home loan interest rate
• Having up to 100% of regular overtime income included when borrowing power is calculated

Many lenders only include around 70% to 80% of overtime income. When more of your verified income is accepted, it could increase how much you’re eligible to borrow.
