👉 There's nothing you need to do right now, other than check your residential and mailing address are up to date

We’re aware of scammers impersonating Bendigo Bank and targeting RACQ Bank members. Remember:
👉 Check all communications — You can verify any message you receive regarding the sale of our banking business to Bendigo Bank at racq.com.au/bank-transaction.
👉Bendigo Bank or RACQ Bank will never ask you to update your details, transfer money, or set up new direct debits by phone, text or email.
👉 If something feels off, contact RACQ immediately and report the scam to ScamWatch.

🎄Don’t let scammers steal your Christmas cheer! 🎄

The festive season is prime time for scams. Here are some handy reminders:

✅ Tolls: Legitimate providers will never demand urgent payment via a text link. If you get a message asking you to pay immediately, it’s probably a scam. Always check outstanding payments through the official app or website.

✅ Deliveries: Waiting on a parcel? Only use tracking numbers on the courier’s official website. Fake tracking links are a common trick to steal your details and ruin your holiday surprises.

✅ Online Shopping: Stick to trusted retailers and be cautious of deals that seem too good to be true. Unusually low prices or “limited-time” offers on social media can be bait for scams. If it looks like a Christmas miracle, double-check before you click!

✅ Mail Promotions: Be wary of holiday offers promising guaranteed wins or high-value prizes. Check if the promotion is run by a licensed lottery operator in your state. And remember - never pay a fee to collect winnings or a prize.
