Los Pirineos in El Salvador has 3 different pacamara varietals: red, orange, and pink. We asked producer, Diego Baraona, about them from a cupping and a farming POV whilst walking up a hill on site.

Visiting origin means you can be involved in the community first hand!

We are beyond proud to have connected & with specialty coffee producer Emilio Gutierrez at Los Cipreses, Nicaragua. Through our trusted and beautiful partners we are taking coffee beyond the cup.

Together, we can change the world we see.

It was Don Millo who wanted to build a dwelling for better harvest times conditions. It was Don Millo who is putting his workers first. Project Origin, Tim Adams Specialty Coffee, & Honey Coffee are simply contributing to this vision.
