27 years ago today, Karen walked through our doors for the very first time. We don't think even she could have imagined then just how much she'd come to mean to this team.

As our Operations Manager, Karen brings so much care to everything she does, the kind of quiet dedication that keeps a place like ours running, day after day, year after year. Twenty-seven years is a long time to show up and give your best, and we don't take that for granted.

Back in April 1899, a group of Cairns residents got together and established the "Cairns Weekly Penny Savings Bank", a bank by locals, for locals, right from day one.

Today we're celebrating one year since Lindsay rejoined the Cairns Bank family... and we're so glad she did!

After two wonderful years with us, Lindsay took some time away to focus on her family. Welcoming triplets meant life got a whole lot busier, but we're thrilled she found her way back to the Cairns Bank team.

Lindsay is a valued member of the Cairns Bank family, bringing her expertise and genuine care for our customers back to our Loans team to help customers achieve their home ownership and lending goals.
