For those that don’t know, Brent Kelly (Managing Director) and his wife, Petrina, have travelled to Nepal a few times when they fell in love with the people, culture and the mountains. Earlier this year, 𝐁𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐭, travelled there again with his Rotary Club as part of a project with 𝐅𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐇𝐢𝐦𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐲𝐚𝐧 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐧 (𝐅𝐇𝐂). He again witnessed the remarkable strength and resilience of local communities. That experience reinforced why 𝐊𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐖𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡 is proud to support FHC's mission to provide education, opportunity, and practical support to children and families throughout the Himalayan region.
Today, those same communities need our help. Devastating floods have left families across Nepal facing enormous challenges, with homes destroyed and communities displaced. Yet amidst the hardship, there is hope. Our friend 𝐒𝐨𝐦, alongside the dedicated teams from Friends of Himalayan Children and 𝐓𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐨𝐧 𝐍𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐥, have been working tirelessly on the ground since 3 September.

What they have achieved in such a short time is truly remarkable, but the work is far from over. FHC is a volunteer organisation so all of your money 𝐠𝐨𝐞𝐬 𝐝𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐥𝐲 𝐭𝐨 𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐠 those in need at this extraordinary time.
