💸 Interest rates are up again.

The RBA has lifted the cash rate by 0.25% to 4.35% — the third increase this year — as inflation continues to rise, driven by fuel costs and global pressures.

The central bank has made its monetary policy decision for May, responding to renewed inflationary pressures and a mounting global oil shock.

Good news for first home buyers as ANZ announces it will be joining the Governments 5% Low Deposit Scheme panel of lenders.

The major bank has been appointed to the lender panel for the federal government’s 5% Deposit Scheme, the final major to join the panel.

Our team are back into it, ready for an exciting 2025! After a well-deserved break, the crews have hit the ground running, continuing work on the picturesque Pyramid Creek Estate Stages 1, 2 & 3.

The team reached a critical milestone in December, completing installation of the second Gross Pollutant Trap at the site - ahead of the wet season. Work on services installation, intersection upgrades and roadworks are continuing, with plans to deliver the first stages of this key development within the Cairns growth corridor in early 2025.
