Hello September! 🌸

It’s been another busy month for me, with lots of home loan enquiries, approvals and settlements.

Highlights:

🏠 5% Deposit Government Scheme for First Home Buyers�The scheme continues to be very strong, with lots of interest from first home buyers.

📈 Interest Rates�The RBA has decided to keep the cash rate on hold.

💰 New Interest Rate Offers�Some lenders are offering very competitive interest rates for both owner-occupied and investment home loans.

After weeks and weeks of hard work, I’m excited to share that two SMSF home loan applications have been approved! 🏡✅
Another highlight was securing approval for one of the most complex investment loan applications I’ve worked on—for three couples purchasing an investment property together.

With multiple existing investment properties, different ownership structures, and lending arrangements involving non-related parties, this was anything but a straightforward application. It took more than a month of planning, document collection and careful preparation.
Click. Submit. Approved. ✅
Less than 24 hours after lodging the application, the approval came through.

July was another busy month, with home loan approvals and settlements, investment loan refinances for better interest rates, and helping First Home Buyers purchase their dream home through the Government's 5% Deposit Scheme. I’m truly grateful for the trust my clients place in me and feel honoured to be part of their property journey.
