Bought one of these from Brummstadt who I thought were a reputable Australian company, it was shipped direct from China to my door, no instructions in the box, No worries, I've fitted dozens of head units, how hard can it be. The plugs on the wires didn't fit properly, my car started vomiting as soon as I switched it on, every warning light on the car went off including one saying switch off the car and contact your dealer, a bit unnerving, they have no phone number so you can chat to explain whats going on, only email so you have to wait a couple of hours each time you do something while your car is in bits before they email you back, Im sure this would be a massive issue if you took your car apart on the weekend while they are closed. I took it straight out,
didn't feel comfortable fitting this garbage in my car, so contacted them to get a refund.
They said go on this page on our website to get our address where to send it, not one on there, I had to google it to find this out, they don't publish an address on there website (should have been a warning for me).
They also said there would be a re stocking fee LOL (what back to China) 20%, thats over $200.
My advise, if you want a cheap Chinese head unit , order one direct from China and save yourself a fortune.
These are the kind of companies, we don't need in Australia, taking money for doing nothing.
