The government has just announced that the expansion to 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗛𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗚𝘂𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗲 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗺𝗲 is being brought forward to 1 October 2025 — three months earlier than planned.
✅ No income caps
✅ Higher property price caps (Perth now $850k!)
✅ Save years off deposit saving
✅ Avoid lenders mortgage insurance!

📍For example: in WA, the cap has jumped from $600k to $850k in Perth, and $450k to $600k in regional areas 🙌.

🎉 Biggest year yet — and I’m feeling pretty proud!

Over the past 12 months, I’ve had the privilege of helping more clients than ever before, and it's been a huge year not just for me, but for all of us at Finext Mortgage Brokers.
