After 10 years in mortgage broking, I’ve learnt that supporting clients properly isn’t just about finding a lender. It’s about making sure you feel prepared and genuinely looked after from start to finish & beyond!
🔹Communication - we do this every day, you don’t. There are no silly questions here. My role is to explain things clearly, sharing the information you need in a way that actually makes sense that help's you feel confident in what’s happening next.
🔹Punctuality - home loans are time-sensitive and deadlines matter. Staying on top of dates, documents and next steps helps keep everything moving as smoothly as possible for you and us.
🔹Coordination - there can be a lot of moving parts behind the scenes. Over the years, I’ve built strong relationships with people across the industry, from settlement agents to real estate agents, pest inspectors and other professionals who may help support your buying journey.
🔹Accuracy - the little details matter. Having documents organised, checking information properly and ticking the right boxes helps avoid unnecessary delays and gives your application the best chance of progressing smoothly.
