Melissa Lange established Account On Me Bookkeeping (now Account On Me +) in 2003. Initially a home-based business, Melissa sought to share her bookkeeping expertise with the small business community in the south-west of WA and help other business owners reduce the stress and overwhelm often associated with financial matters. As the practice grew, Melissa moved AOM to an office space to accommodat

e an expanding client base. In 2020 Melissa expanded her practice to rebrand as Account On Me Business Services (AOM+). The growing team now continues to assist with bookkeeping and business services, as well as training and support for business at all levels (including new business start-ups) and additional planning and consulting services. AOM+ works hard to assist any small business struggling with cash flow issues, a lack of supported and user friendly systems, or problems keeping up-to-date with bookkeeping requirements. Our extensive experience enables us to work across a diverse range of industries and tailor packages to suit the unique requirements of each client. All our services can be accessed remotely from anywhere in Australia, allowing you access to any tracking and reporting at a moments notice.

Have you checked your award recently and pay employees using the WA state government award? Some changes that will take affect on 26 April 2025 that increases the casual loading.
Here is a link to the awards affected by this change.

Pay rates for casual employees under many private sector WA awards will increase on 26 April 2025 when the award casual loading changes to 25%.
