When Mackenzie and I started Parata Property, I never imagined we’d have so many clients building portfolios of 3, 4, 5, and even 10 properties.

Not because I doubted it was possible.

But because I know how difficult the journey can be.

Building wealth requires patience.

Discipline.

Consistency.

The ability to keep going when results aren’t immediate.

That’s why seeing so many clients reach milestones like this is something I’m incredibly proud of and inspired by.

Not because of the properties they’ve purchased.

But because of the person they’ve become along the way.

The confidence they’ve built.

The knowledge they’ve gained.

There are moments in business where you have to stop for a second and take it all in.

Diamond Dinner was one of those moments for me.

As I looked around the room, I couldn’t help but reflect on how far we’ve come.

What started as a dream, working from my parents spare room and backing ourselves before anyone else did, has grown into a community of incredible people who are taking control of their futures and achieving things they once thought were out of reach.

Seeing a room full of clients who have purchased 3 or more investment properties with us was incredibly special.

But what stood out to me most wasn’t the properties.

It was the people.

The friendships that have formed.

The conversations being shared.

The support people have for one another.

The confidence that has grown over the years.

Building wealth is important.

But creating a community of people who genuinely want to see each other succeed is something I’m equally proud of.

To every client who has trusted us to be part of their journey, thank you.

Watching your growth, celebrating your wins, and seeing what you’ve been able to achieve has been one of the most rewarding parts of this journey.

Last month, we had the privilege of hosting our annual Diamond Dinner at Nobu.

This event is reserved for clients who have purchased 3 or more investment properties with us and are committed to building long term wealth through property.

It was an incredible evening filled with great food, meaningful conversations, and the opportunity to celebrate some truly outstanding achievements.

What makes this even more special is that around half of the clients who have reached this milestone weren’t able to attend on the night.

To have so many people within our community achieving this level of success is something we’re incredibly proud of and inspired by.

When we started Parata Property, our vision was never just about helping people buy property.

It was about helping aspiring investors build portfolios, create more opportunities for themselves and their families, and surround themselves with like-minded people who are on a similar journey.

Nights like this are a reminder of what can happen when you commit to a long term plan and continue taking action year after year.

One of the biggest things holding people back is not a lack of opportunity.

Yong was exactly the same.

But eventually she realised something.
