A great day today after a long year during construction for my former VicRoads friend as we settle today after long delays with timber shortage and building delays.

With interest rate rising yesterday and petrol, groceries and gas increasing we are happy to lodge a loan application today to refinance to another lender with a lower interest rate and a $4,000 cash back which will help.

Now we can look forward to a lunch together to catch up on good times after working together at VicRoads over 17 years.

So triple celebrations today and good to be back with good friends over good food.

A big thank you to my first home buyers for the lovely gift and so happy for them to move into their new house today to be ready for their first ANZAC Day game this long weekend.

Feeling grateful for being able to love what I do which is to help my first home buyers move into their first homes and assisting my former VicRoads and Rebel friends for all their finance needs.

I am also thankful that this mortgage business allows me to do what I love which is to spend more time with my family, taking my kids to and back from school and going on family holidays.

So a big thank you to my two mentors Mario and Andrew from Masters Broker Group to make this possible who have been there since day 1 four years to provide all the support, guidance, discipline, goal setting, daily habits and positive mind set.

So today we get to do what we love which is to have good food with good friends.

Great way to celebrate Christmas with another happy first home buyer and very happy for them to receive the first home loan deposit scheme for new homes saving them on mortgage insurance which was over $25,000.

With the Year of the Tiger in 2022, I wish them all the best for their house construction and maybe their Richmond Football Club.

At 23 Mortgage Solutions we are there for the long journey from signing the land contract two years ago to preparing for the land settlement this year to then assisting with the house construction next year.

A great day for my fellow Melbourians as we end lockdown 6 and a great day for my former VicRoads friend to finally drop by to say congratulations and welcome them to the most liveable city in the world.

It has been a tough two years for my first home buyers in calling Australia home assisting them and guiding them to getting their VISA, driver licence while in lockdown home schooling their two kids with real estates closed to finally achieve the great Australian dream in buying their first home and now living in Melbourne.

Very excited to be delivering to my first home buyer today who was born and bred in Footscray the good news with their land and house construction loan conditionally approved today with settlement in mid October.

I wish my first home buyer all the best for settlement and for the Grand Final on Saturday against the Demons.

I am very excited for my first home buyer and very jealous of his footy team in the Grand Final.

Great to catch up with another two happy first home buyers with both land settlements completed on 30 June with one waiting a year to settle with untitled land signed on 11 June 2020 and the other waiting one month to settle with titled land signed on 1 June 2021.

At 23 Mortgage Solutions we have over 30 lenders and will choose the lender that will be suitable so your settlement will be on time whether it be in one months time or in one years time.

They say good things comes to those who wait and two bottles of champagne is better then one.

Another very happy client after refinancing last year his investment property to a lower rate and held back the home loan for his property as it was fixed and would have incurred a high fix exit fee.

So 12 months later we are back with another settlement and bottle of champagne and lower home loan interest rate.

At 23 Mortgage Solutions we will assess and do what is best at the current time and plan for the best option for the future.

Double celebrations today with zero cases in Victoria and a very happy neighbour with settlement completed and receiving the $4,000 cash back offer.

Thank you to our neighbour for allowing our business sign to be place on their fence and look forward to assisting their son as a first home buyer with great Government grants starting on 1 July 2021.

Building your first home is tough enough and is tougher when you are trying to do it for the first time during lockdown and during the busiest construction period with the Government Home Builder grant and having your settlement day the first day of the lockdown.

I am very happy to finally catch up to pass on my congratulations for the land settlement and very happy to hear they have also secure the $15,000 Home Builder grant.

Another happy first home buyer and like her beloved footy team, a broker is there side by side for the entire journey and finally after 3 long years due to COVID-19 we finally get to celebrate today the land settlement and look forward to assisting with the construction of her dream home.

So very excited for my first home buyer and has been a pleasure to assist with the home loan and get to know the family and look forward to the next Carlton vs Collingwood game.

We are so happy two years ago to assist the parents with their property purchase and thank them for their review and then referring to their daughter to purchase their first property who refer to her sister to refinance to a lower rate.

Last week we celebrate again as we settled another loan with $4,000 cash back and cash out to renovate the kitchen.
