As National Volunteer Week comes to a close, we’re recognising the incredible people working behind the scenes who help make what we do possible. 💜

Our 11 volunteer board directors generously give their time, experience and leadership to support Our Community Company Ltd, the company behind six Community Bank branches, including ours, operating under franchise agreement with Bendigo Bank to deliver banking services with a strong community focus.

Their guidance helps shape the impact we make across our communities, supporting local initiatives, strengthening community connections and helping ensure our efforts remain relevant, meaningful and locally driven.

Thanks to their commitment, Our Community Company Ltd supports meaningful local employment for 33 team members across our region, creating opportunities for local people to build rewarding careers while continuing to make a difference in the communities we serve.

Our Branch Manager Paul had a great time catching up with the Gippsland Umpires Association last Thursday and chatting with members over dinner.

We’re proud to support local groups and initiatives across our community, and always value opportunities to connect with the people who make our local communities so great 👏

On Thursday last week, we welcomed Paul from Community Bank Bunyip & District down for dinner and to have a chat with our members! Bendigo Bank Bunyip and its sister branches do a lot of great work in the community by providing sponsorships and grants to all types of community groups.
