RCFS is passionate about helping business operators successfully manage their businesses by helping them in ways which suit their needs. We are also happy to outsource and connect clients with different professionals and other businesses where those introductions can potentially benefit all parties involved. After 15 years in the Banking industry with NAB and CBA in both Business & Agri Markets, I decided to leave and change direction in 2021. Part of this change included working for a multi-faceted business in the South Burnett as their Financial Controller, whilst also running my own consulting and finance business and over the past few years, RCFS has been very fortunate and developed a strong client base throughout the Wide Bay, South & North Burnett Regions. RCFS is aimed at assisting small & medium business on various matters including financial matters, strategy, and planning and regularly works closely with accountants, financiers, and other key parties to ensure great outcomes. On top of this and in conjunction with the consulting side, RCFS has also been able to setup up a partnership with Smyth Financial. This relationship complements the consulting side of the business and allows our team to assist business clients with all their financing needs with specific focus on Asset Finance. Jason Smyth, the owner of Smyth Financial is highly regarded in the industry and was BOQ Broker of the Year in 2019 in the Equipment Specialist field. The other key members of his team are Corey Smith & Marcus Hunt who are both very well known, and former colleagues of mine from my CBA days. Corey Smith is very highly regarded with background in Mining Services, Construction and Retail Industries throughout the Central Queensland Region whilst Marcus Hunt has a strong background in Clubs, Pubs, Motels, and Professional Service markets.
