One thing I’ve learned since becoming a broker? 𝐍𝐨𝐭 𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐛𝐚𝐧𝐤𝐬 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐚𝐥.

When you talk to your bank, they can only tell you what they can do. When you talk to us, we’re looking at dozens of lenders, each with their own "secret menu" of policies, designed for scenarios the big banks often overlook.

While one lender says "No," another is waiting to say "Yes" to:

The new Australian Government Help is now open in Western Australia.

The Scheme is open to those who:

- save a minimum 2% deposit

- are single earning less than $100,000 annually as an individual

- are earning less than $160,000 annually as a couple

- obtain a home loan from a participating lender

To be eligible, you must be an Australian citizen aged 18 years or older, and the home must be your primary residence.
