It's been an interesting couple of weeks. I have noticed that many businesses & borrowers have been with their bank for decades, showing an amazing amount of loyalty. Are you a good borrower, never cause the bank any trouble, always pay on time? When was the last time you had anyone, except your existing bank or lender, review your current loans? Is that a bit like letting your lender monitor how much they want to charge you? Dare I remind you of foxes and hen houses.

Is it wise to have your lender managing the review of your facilities? Is your loan still fit for purpose? Is your existing lender taking you for granted? There is a perception that change is difficult, it helps to keep people with their existing lender. Change can be a lot easier than you think.
