This International Women’s Day, I’m reflecting on lifestyle not as a buzzword, but as a choice I’ve had to fight for, reshape, and slowly rebuild through Sinnesro Virtual Assist.
When I started this business, it came from a deep need for change.
I wanted to be more present for my family.
I wanted to finally prioritise myself again after years of putting my wellbeing and growth last. I wanted to create a way of working that felt calm, meaningful, and aligned with who I truly am.
But none of this has been easy! Rebuilding your life and creating a business takes honesty, courage, and a willingness to sit with discomfort. It’s still very much a work in progress.
Yet as I’ve moved through this journey, something significant has shifted.
✨ I’ve learned what I truly love to do for work again.
✨ I’m slowly finding that sense of excitement and purpose again with the zing I lost somewhere along the corporate path.
With this has come an important realisation:
My new lifestyle finally allows me to be who I truly am!!
I no longer have to fight for change in environments resistant to it.
I can implement, create, and shape meaningful improvements and truly deliver outcomes that make a difference.
There’s a sense of satisfaction at the end of a workday now, the kind that makes me pause and think, yes, this is why I do it.
Sinnesro Virtual Assist has not only allowed me to support others with peace of mind, it has given me the space to reclaim my own. It has created room for alignment, intention, presence, and purpose.
Today, on International Women’s Day, I’m celebrating progress over perfection. I’m celebrating rediscovery, resilience, and the quiet courage it takes to start again. And I’m celebrating all the women building lives on their own terms, even when the path forward curves, changes, and challenges them.
Here’s to finding your spark.
Here’s to the lifestyle you choose.
And here’s to the women we are becoming, one intentional step at a time.
