RBA Announces another 0.25% increase to the cash rate. Taking the cash rate to 4.35%. Negating all the decreases in 2025.

Cash rate has decreased last week! Every finance and property were hot on the drop. For us we’re just posting now in case anyone missed it.

Rate increases and decreases happens, in commercial lending, we just ensure that the transaction makes commercial sense and we push on.
